PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The site is hosted on machines operated by an external company, however, communications are forwarded to the data controller in order to respond to user requests and guarantee bookings.
Processing related to the web services of this site therefore takes place at the premises of the data controller and the external data processors for relevant areas.
No data from the web service is disclosed by the two companies to third parties unless strictly relevant to the purpose of the processing or required by law or regulation.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The personal data provided voluntarily and optionally by users who submit requests to receive information on hotel services (prices, room availability, etc.), or who simply submit requests for employment by sending curricula in electronic format, are used solely for the purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are not disclosed to third parties unless disclosure is required by law or is strictly pertinent and necessary for the fulfilment of requests.
In particular, the personal data voluntarily provided by the data subjects will be collected and processed, also with the aid of electronic means, directly and/or through delegated third parties (e-mail service companies, website hosting companies) for the following purposes
check the availability of the requested room against the information entered in the booking form;
allow the reservation to be made and confirmed by providing their identification and credit card details as guarantee;
activate any promotional and commercial activities in accordance with EU Regulation No. 679/2016;
to fulfil current administrative, accounting and tax obligations, as well as to comply with laws and regulations;
provide answers on our hotel services (room availability, prices, conference rooms, catering, etc.);
register for the newsletter to receive periodic communications of a commercial or promotional nature;
evaluate any CVs received in line with any internal requirements;
for the defence by the Data Controller in legal proceedings or in the preparatory stages of such proceedings against abuses arising from the unlawful use of the website or related services by the User;
statistical purposes in anonymous form (to assess the number of accesses, etc.).

RESERVATIONS
Personal data on bookings will be processed electronically and on paper for the sole purpose of guaranteeing the booking of the room under the agreed conditions.
The booking platform is owned by the company D-EDGE, the external data controller, which will communicate the data of the person concerned to the accommodation facility for the normal activities related to hospitality management
The data will be recorded in our electronic databases that are accessible to duly appointed and instructed personnel on the security and confidentiality of personal data.
A credit card given as a guarantee will be required to confirm the reservation, although the customer may decide to pay in cash at the end of the stay.

CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT
This information notice drawn up in compliance with EU Regulation No. 679/2016 may also be used by the company HELP IN ROME SRL for any advertisements published for the search of personnel on sites or portals not directly managed by the company HELP IN ROME SRL.
The company will process CVs received by email or through third-party recruting companies (publications on portals, etc.) in order to evaluate potential applications within the company or that may arise in the near future.
Processing is carried out electronically, with the exclusion of CVs received by ordinary mail.

Curricula deemed irrelevant as well as those whose retention time has exceeded 12 months will be trashed.
CVs will in any case be stored at the company's premises and will not be disclosed to unauthorised third parties.
They may be evaluated by employees or collaborators of the company appointed as data processors.
However, we kindly ask applicants to respect the following rules when submitting their CVs electronically:
Fill in your CV in the European format;
transmit the CV in pdf format;
avoid including in your CV sensitive data (relating, in particular, to your state of health, religious, philosophical or political convictions) that are not relevant in relation to the job offer;
give consent to processing.
The company reserves the right to discard CVs that do not meet the above requirements.
It will be the Company's responsibility to provide appropriate information in accordance with EU Regulation No. 679/2016, during any interviews with candidates.
The purpose of the processing related to the management of curricula, will involve activities strictly related to the evaluation, recruitment or selection of personnel, with the aim of collaboration, recruitment on a fixed-term or open-ended basis, internships, or to enable the successful candidate to prepare his/her dissertation at our premises.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS OF A COMMERCIAL NATURE
The company HELP IN ROME SRL reserves the right to send emails of a promotional and commercial nature in accordance with EU Regulation No 679/2016:
“if in the context of a sale of a good or a service the Data Controller uses the customer's e-mail address, the same address may be used for sending commercial and promotional material without requesting prior consent, provided that the customer is duly informed whenever promotional and commercial material is sent and that the customer has the possibility, easily and free of charge, to exercise the right to stop such processing”.
In this case, the interested party, upon receiving the first message of a promotional nature, will have the possibility of unsubscribing from the accommodation's newsletter with a simple click.
The sending of these messages is entrusted to a third-party provider of e-mail services.

COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
Personal data acquired from the website in question may only be processed by officially appointed personnel who have been trained in confidentiality and personal data security.
The areas of communication of personal data of data subjects may refer to:
